No tutorial, you can enable it in iPeng's server settings, reachable through the details disclosure behind the player name in the list of players and servers. Automatic WOL (the default) will send periodic WOL messages while iPeng is open and manual WOL will display a power button for the server which you can use to manually send a WOL packet.
