Seems I may be one of the unlucky ones on Windows Phone - Nolia Lumia Icon (929) Does not show local servers or launch keyboard. this is Windows Phone 8.0 - Will update if 8.1 resolves. Otherwise, feel free to use me to test anything you might try to make it work from your end (I have no idea where the problem lies, obviously).
