Well, not knowing anything about the OS, I was thinking it might be an idea to contact the plug-in developer. There might be a restriction on the version of LMS that is supported. The reference to SSODS in another post is for Qnap and Synology users when upgrading beyond LMS v7.8. I don't know if SSODS (SSOTS) is applicable in your user case.
