In the US, yes, but the App is sold globally and in Europe it would not. You know, we have some pretty old-fashioned copyright laws over here some of which even get promoted by the US copyright industry because it can't do it at home, but that's a different story.... Use of things like this is generally difficult. The Apps having removed from the App Store for such regions are legion, I've had some pretty obscure questions, too, but if it happens with Apple you can talk to them.
