I'm moving my ongoing HLS plug-in problem to this thread to seek further
advice. LMS recognises the stream, but will not play it and stops after
a few seconds. After viewing my debug log bpa said

Since then I have added ffmpeg and socketwrapper to the list of
applications excluded from NOD32 content filtering and rebooted the
server computer. I still have the same result, and I have attached this
morning's debug log.

I have noticed that when debugging is on I see a command window
(ffmpeg?) open briefly when I try to play the stream, but not when debug
logging is off. Just for info, probably not helpful.

I really appreciate all the help and advice!
