It seems you are using the Radio without a local PC running LMS so the suggestions about media server and plugin are not relevant. 1. On demand still works but your radio may be setup wrong. In the main BBC Radio menu which starts "listen Live" and near the end with "BBC York" - make sure the menu "Stream" (below BBC York) is set to "Highest bitrate" and not WMA. 2.
