Thanks bpa, I am sorry to say, i haven't tried it utilizing the terminal. I am not a savvy terminal user. However i can tell you that i only get the distortion when using the iBBC plugin and live streams. All other live BBC streams seem to be fine. it only happens within iBBC. What is the terminal command to try the stream via the terminal? I'll give it a try and report back.
