It looks you may have found a bug. I haven't seen the issue because my refresh is set to 10 minutes. Looking at my log, it looks like it's querying wunderground twice for most queries - not sure why. My stats on wunderground show about 230/day, which is more than what it should be (6x/hour s/b 144/day). Suggest for now you reduce your data refresh interval.
