Michael, seems like a clear and rescan was needed. Part way through now
and it has just commenced "Smart Mix Profile Export of 22389 files! I
expect that has solved it. 

The log that I sent you previously was from a scan done after addition
of new tracks, so there must have been something stopping it from
reporting the new tracks, even though they showed up as "Scanning New
Music Files" on the LMS interface.

I can send you the new scanner.log if you want to see it but probably no
point?
