The folder mentioned there is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\Plugins\InguzEQ", that is not the folder which is used for plugins on LMS 7.9, hence changing to C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins did not result in a working plugin. Maybe I've missed s/th.
