Stefan; I'm sorry to admit, that due to some confusion on my part I have
had to re-install Max2Play on my rpi2.
I have selected the usb cards output in the Raspberry settings, but my
dac is not showing in the Squeezelite.
Undeterred, I burned a new card and followed your original instructions,
but alas they also fail.
