It may be that the Onkyo will support it natively. AAC isn't fully tested in sq2u, but I have had it working.

Wireless Xubuntu 15.04 laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver.
