For me, the "Ban this Artist" doesn't see to be working. In my "Classical" genre radio mix, I got a track from the "Timeless" Album by David Garrett. I banned it yesterday, and today when I used the Mix again, the exact same Track showed up again. So, either the ban did not work at all or something (maybe the latest SmartMix Update?) reset the ban list.
Maybe TEN's wording is more accurate than mine: they don't speak about mixes, but about sessions. Whenever you start a mix, you create a mixing session. The ban etc. only is respected while this session lasts. When you start a new mix (even the same you did before, but you played something else in between), then a new session is created.
