It should be the password for the mac account under which you installed LSM.
I've more or less given up continuing any further OS X support or development. Versions of OS X after snow leopard make it very difficult for 3rd parties to fully control power management. With Lion and later, I never was able to reliably sleep or hibernate the machine, keep it asleep and then wake via WOL.
