The first thing to do would be to use DeviceSpy (if you have at least one Windows machine) and select your player, open the line that contains the text "AVTransport'. Then select "GetTransportInfo', right click and select 'Invoke" and then "Invoke" again in the newly opened window. Do that while a track is playing and take a screenshot This will give me a tremendous amount information wrt to what's going on.
