It seems a different issue: the Room1 does not seem to respond to UPnP
polling from time to time (hence the random impression) and then it is
removed from the renderer list (remember that UPnP devices are scanned
at a regular interval). To fix that, you can choose to either
1- Disable/Change UPnP periodic scans :

- Change period to a longer period or set 0 to disable any further
rescan
- Give more time for the device to answer by increasing scanning
time
2- Allow a specific device to not always answer to scans
