So I have an hypothesis (and a solution) for what happens with some
players (of course none of the ones I can use for test).

What I saw in your log is that the reason why the track keeps repeating
itself (and before its end) is that the player, even though it has been
requested to play a "next URI" when the "current URI" ends, does re-open
the *same* (current) URI when sq2u closes it, ever and ever.

The hypothesis is that some players do that because sq2u (starting
0.2.6.0-dev-3) tells them that there is ICY (shoutcast) data in the
stream they receive so they probably 'think' that this stream should
never end and if it closes, it is some kind of network error so they
should re-open it.

Initially, I would only add these ICY metadata if the track was flagged
'remote' by LMS. That's the case for webradio, but for Qobuz, YouTube
and other plugins as well. In that case, this is a bit misleading as,
although the track is remote, it is not a true 'never-ending' stream.
Still, it did not create any problem with my players, the ICY metadata
where just 'there'.

So, now in dev-5, the ICY metadata are only added if the stream is
remote *and* has a duration of 0 (infinite). It should do the trick and
I hope this is the correct explanation
