I think it important to note that (as far as I am aware) the RTMP 320kbps is available for all Radio 3 programmes but for no other BBC channel. I've just used the BBC's Windows browser client to play both Radio 3 and Radio 4 Listen Again programmes and it would appear that both were 320 kbps HLS. So perhaps the current HLS listen again streams now include 320 kbps options. (I haven't been following the recent developments and only realised that listen again had changed when tried to catch up with a programme - something I haven't done for some time. Up to now I have been using the initial tweaks with ffmpeg for Live and rtmp Listen Again.)
