The problem is that you have your Maximum Playlist Length set to "0", which means "Unlimited" -- but SmartMix incorrectly interprets that setting to mean "Zero". To fix the problem: Open the Settings page, click Advanced, select Performance, then change "Maximum Playlist Length" from 0 to a larger positive integer.
