Is there a CLI method of deleting the only the Smart Mix Cache?
No.
(Deleting->Resetting the Cache fixes the issue I'm having when Smart Mix does not find any matching songs (local files only) (Blender does find them however)
I'm out of ideas, really. That's a problem I haven't seen before, and all my attempts at understanding the issue don't make sense :-(
