No, I don't think that works. The problem is that the library setting is a per-player setting applied on the server side, it's not something that applies to a single controller.
If your wife changes the setting for that player, iPeng will get that change, too, and use it. That's how the use case for this feature is defined and I think I'd confuse a lot of people if I changed the behavior in iPeng. I think a better way to separate your libraries would be to create top-level menus for yourself and our wife using the "Additional Browse Modes" menus you can define per-player (I think you need to install that plugin first, too). This allows you to create menus outside the selected library. With this plugin you could create e.g. an "Wife's Artists" and "Wife's Albums" menu and a "Hydro's Albums" and "Hydro's Artists" set and then you can browse easily browse your own music but still play both, then you don't need to switch libraries. It would also work with most Apps. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 9, the Universal App for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
