Synology currently have “beta" version of 7.9 available for one click
installation from their Package Centre. That is what I am using. Pinkdot
here provides occasional "nightly" updates which can be installed on top
of that as well.  Haven't felt the need myself as the Synology 7.9 beta
works fine.
