Apologies to mightydob for hijacking the response to his question, but as we are seeing the same problem it hopefully isn't too rude of me! I've deleted the contents of the /Cache/DownloadedPlugins folder (it only contained CastBridge.zip) and restarted the server but I'm still seeing the same problem. You mentioned cleaning the whole cache or even the prefs directory - is this simply a case of deleting the contents of each folder and restarting LMS or do I need to be a bit more subtle than that?
