Thanks for all the effort! Actually, after renaming the cache and prefs
folders, I used the

repository and not the built in one. Unfortunately I'm still seeing this
problem. My original attempt at install did use the 3rd party list, so I
wonder if I still have a broken file lurking somewhere from the first
install attempt. Any suggestions on how to completely remove a failed
plugin from the command line or is it easier to move straight to a full
un/reinstall of LMS?
