For whatever Triode is not around anymore but his work for JazzFM with BBCiPlayer was to use its Flash play ability to play JazzFM streams. BBC are now moving to DASH whereas JazzFM has moved to MP3 so there is no commonality in audio format. I know nothing about JazzFM nor do I listen to it - but I looked briefly at the URLs to see if any BBC stuff is common. There is no commonality - the UK Radioplayer is just a clearing house/common launching point for stations - it does not insist on a common data format. Looking at Jaimie Crick daily shows URLs - the hex number that changes does not relate to a simple time code - day to day it changes values change by 405 but over a weekend (4th to 8th) - the difference is huge. So the only way to play back catalogue will be to have a plugin which request web pages and extracts the urls from the web page. For example Jaime Crick "listen again" is at http://www.jazzfm.com/mobilepages/od.php?a=category&catId=214 Other programs have other catID values. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102210 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
