A device will come back at next discovery, it cannot be "forever
banned", for that you have to disable it. But it's a bit different here
in the sense that this is LMS removing "brutally" the device as it
becomes non responsive from an LMS point of view. When the missing UPnP
discovery issue happens, the device (the virtual player) is properly
removed from LMS players by the bridge.

Having said that, I have finally found a race condition and I'm
currently re-building a new version. I cannot garantee that it will be
the right correction (getting late for me), but I'll update it a few
minutes and when you'll a 0.2.7.3-dev-12 you can give it a try
