If only there were a way to exorcise a particular instrument. Much jazz, and a whole bunch of classical seeds seem to invoke the hated soprano saxophone. Oregon is a particular offender, and some Keith Jarrett seem infused with this screeching, soft-jazz instrument. I know Coltrane did some marvelous work with the SS, but it's been ruined for me by soft jazz noodlers.
