You shouldn't have to add any repository if you like to use the released
versions, these will be part of the default repositories in LMS. If you
are using an older LMS version you might have to select to show all
third party plugins in the LMS Settings/Plugins tab for them all to show
up.

If you still want to specify a repository url the new one is:
