Get better info on why the plugin failed to load. 1. Enable logging to DEBUG for server.plugins and plugin.extensions and make sure they are set to be enable during LMS startup (i.e. tick check box "Save logging settings for use at next application restart" before pressing Apply). 2. Stop LMS 3. Delete server.log file 4. Start LMS 5. Copy server.log, zip it and then attach zipped file to a post.
