@castalla: The difference is that the config file for a. has the parameter <allow_flac> set to 1 which forces flac to be sent to the player, even if it does not report to accept such format. The config file b. does not have that parameter set, so falc are transcoded by LMS into PCM and because uncompressed format are set to "wav,aiff" and the Jongo does not support wav or aiff (only raw pcm), then the playback fails
