Okay, so, I removed cache.db last night before your reply, and it didn't
appear to fix anything. But this morning, the BBCiPlayer plugin is
working fine.

However, I still get the "There was an error loading the remote feed for
: (Failed to parse)" error with BBCiPlayerExtras.
