That's bad ... but looking at your previous log, 

[11:45:27.654619] ActiveRemoteThread:898 [0x8346b60]: remote command
setproperty?dmcp.device-volume=-5.217390

This means, that right after sq2r "registers" to the AirPlay device, it
receives an instruction to set volume at -5 (AirPlay scale is -30 to 0),
so this is very high, obviously. This is problematic, but this is what
the player wants .. strange

What I also observed on my player is that although it as a volume (using
its own remote) from 0..100, when set to 50, the AirPlay volume returned
is -17.625, obviously not -30/2=15.0. So this creates a disconnect
between LMS volume and native volume with the annoying consequence that
when you change volume on the remote, LMS changes is back immediately to
a value that is almost the same but not exactly (and it's not a linear
factor)... Not sure what I'll do with this one
