This disconnection might be due to failed discovery that happen every 30s. When a player has been discovered but fail on subsequent searches, it is removed after N attempts, where N is a parameter (or can be never). This probably also would solve your problem. I've seen a few times that, although I'm trying to share properly the multicast shared IP/ports for mDNS discovery, it fails from time to time.
