Not sure what you mean by cache file. The music library is
archived/validated just as you would normally by directing MusicIP to
locate it under tab library/add songs.
Is your library archived (selection in preferences of MusicIP) as it is
quite a lengthly process to validate songs if they have not already been
archived.
