Duh! [palm slap to forehead]. Your patch fixed things for me too. no problems and no errors in logs. (Originally, I carefully copied the patch to my Linux machine over my network, then tried to test on the LMS that was running on the Windows laptop. Oops! Wrong LMS. Anyhow, after copying the patch to both my windows LMS 7.9 and my fedora linux LMS 7.8, and restarting LMS n both machines, all works perfectly with BBCiPlayer and BBCiPlayerEXTRA (without having to tick the don't stream DASH box).
