Hmm... Make this a 0 or remove the flag all together, and I think it would work. In Perl anything but an empty string, undefined or 0 is considered "true". And we don't check for the literal "false" to be false.
Ok, changed that to accept 'false' or 'no' as false values in the plugin installation manifest. Should be available in an hour.
