Seems to be a wider problem of the wunderground api, some discussions started in the forum for the Wunderground API during the last days (https://apicommunity.wunderground.com/weatherapi/topics/api-does-not-work-properly). For me forecasts do not work in the afternoon, but in the morning (reproducibly during the last couple of days), current condition is back during the last few days.
