I've recently tested a few softwares and can recommend Tunebite for your purpose. I'm also using it for Spotify. Like said before you can record what you are listening to and then save it, but are not allowed to share it or something like that. It' legal and you have to pay for it, but still cheaper than buying cd's nd there's also a ree trial.
