I know our community is primarily a Windows development group for the most part, but maybe you ought to at least give
some thought to setting up a Subversion source control project for the framework updates. A lot of OSS projects are
using this very successfully to distribute changes to their libraries. It is a pain to setup, but might be worth looking
into as an option.
