I know our community is primarily a Windows development group for the most part, but maybe you ought to at least give some thought to setting up a Subversion source control project for the framework updates. A lot of OSS projects are using this very successfully to distribute changes to their libraries. It is a pain to setup, but might be worth looking into as an option.

Just a thought.

Subject: [plum] Plum Updating General Question

Adam,
I pretty sure I already know the answer to this, but what if I've
made a ton of mods all over the place to the cfc's, custom tags, database
and the globals? I am assuming that I am going to have to go through the
update pages one at a time and compare my changes to the new version,

which

I am of course dreading.

Regards, John
