Dan and friends,

David and I are going to try to handle the following three issues tomorrow
after training is done:

1) The New Module issue (thanks for the DB, Dan -- we'll look at it),

2) The formatting error being thrown, and

3) The inability to edit link behavior.

Regarding the form-on-a-list issue, you can easily just add regular HTML
form markup after the closing cf_DisplayList Plum custom tag.  As long as
it's outside DisplayList, you should be okay.
