1) Show you what's on our screen, live and in real time; 2) See what's on your screen, live and in real time (with your permission, of course); 3) Take control of your screen, live and in real time (again, only with your permission). We'll do this while talking with you on the phone so we can have true live audiovisual interaction. The service is free for all of you but costs us about $600.00 per year, but we want to give you guys the very best support that money can't buy. So from now on when one of you has a real stickler of a problem that you've submitted through the support page on our website and it escalates to the point where we need to see what you're doing (or you need to see what we're doing), we'll ask you to call us on the phone, go to GoToMeeting.com, click a button, and enter a meeting number, and then we're live with each other.
