[plum] Adding a child from a drilldown

If you drill down to a child list from a parent list, and do an add, if 
the maximumNumberOfOptions attribute in the DisplayFilteredSelect tag is 
set high enough, the correct foreign key is displayed in the SELECT menu.

This doesn't work if the filtered select controls appear. Is there a way 
to get this to work behind the scenes?  It would be nice if this could 
work also, for those instances where the parent table has thousands of 
entries.
