Haven't had that happen to me.  Most of the time, coding issues keep me awake at night ;) I do a lot of road cycling though, especially when the weather is nice.   40 miles on the bike gives me a lot of time to think away from the computer. So there, and when I am in the shower first thing in the morning is normally where I do most of my creative thinking.
