Did you nest the list inside the view form in the IDE itself?  The RC has
been corrected such that you may now nest the child list properly regardless
of table structure.  Right-click on the view form in the IDE and choose "Add
nested list" from the context menu.

When manually creating a nested list, remember that you must:
1) Nest the list inside the view form, and
2) Add a JoinToParent to the nested list.
