Subject: [plum] CMS dilemma - HTML as content
I want to edit a content record, and I want to add html code for the
content. Problem is, when I display the content item, the html code is
interpreted instead of being displayed on the page.
I think this is more of an HTML thing. I have tried a couple of different
things like embedding a <textarea> within the htmlArea editor. This
appears
to work but then causes problems, probably since the htmlArea editor
itself
is a textarea replacement. I have also tried converting the html string to
its text equivalent using the online tool at
http://www.felgall.com/htmlt47.htm, but then it causes a problem when
re-editing the content item.
Any ideas?
Dan
