Thanks Mark. I have made a work around. Is there a way on to add muliple pages to an article? Like display the first 4000 characters then have a next link or a numbered set of pages that diplay at the bottom? As an enhancement if the 4000 character thing doesn't get fixed maybe place a character counter on the content editor box.

Hey there Tim,

Wish there was a way I could search old PLUM messages.  Must have a couple thousand.  Anyway, found the one I was looking for. I do not know if someone has a work around, but I know the Churvis's are planning on implimenting this with version 1.01 (should be soon, I think).  Here is the action item (interestingly enough it is labeled a bug...I would think it is an enhancement)  "Break up >4K text for Oracle inserts and updates".

If you want to look at what they have planned for the next few releases:

Subject: [plum] CMS/Oracle won't take my article

Hey all, I have an article that is about 8000 characters and I receive and Oracle error because the field which is CLOB only allows 4000. Is there a way around this?
