Guys,

The docs need to be updated to better explain using column values in
expressions, and I'll be handling this in the final release.

There have been incremental changes to the custom tags along the way as
people found issues in various areas, and the emphasis has been on rapidly
issuing new releases of the software.  The documentation kinda fell
behind -- you know how it goes.
