[plum] Edit Form Action Page

I created an Edit form from scratch (empty page, add edit form) for a 
module.  This one also has 3 chooser controls.  When I save the form, I 
don't get an Action page associated with it.  If I save the project, 
close it and come back in, the action page for the form is there.  Looks 
like a refresh issue.  No biggy, but might cause some confusion.
