Well I'll be. Thanks yet once again Jeff. Firefox was indeed the culprit. I never even thought to look outside the app.

I went in and disabled the 'Saved Form Information' checkbox under the Options/Privacy area, restarted Firefox, and the problem appears to have gone away.
