Was a solution found for this? I ran into the same error after moving a site
to a CF MX 7 box. Also, when I re-run setup I get an error message that
CFCATCH is declared twice. Strange!

Connie, zip down your Global.cfm, Environment.cfm, and Application.cfm at
the application root and email it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so
we can look at it tomorrow and get back to you.
